Let me just say that Kyle Carnegie has totally changed my view of what a client - realtor relationship should be. I've always seen dealing with a realtor as sort of an unfortunate reality of trying to buy or sell a house. I've been shown dozens of homes, bought a few, and sold a few, and it always seemed that my agents were always sort of uninvolved or uninterested in my wants or what was in the best interest of my family. Kyle is NOT like any other agent. Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and acts as an advocate in every stage of a home purchase or sale. He is a professional who puts his clients first and will work to move mountains if possible to make or keep clients happy. I've worked on large scale government IT projects for many years and Kyle manages each transaction like an experienced and dedicated project manager. We were able to largely be hands off during our transaction as the pieces just fell into place due to his ability to make competent recommendations for lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents, and title companies. I highly recommend Kyle Carnegie for anyone to use to either purchase a new home or sell their existing home. Kyle is straightforward, honest, and a good guy all around!
